Where are your tables built?
All our tables are proudly built in our woodshop in Bristol, Vermont. We partner with talented metal workers in Vermont to fabricate our metal table bases.
Where is the wood you build with from?
We source our wood as locally and sustainably as possible. Some species are harvested in Vermont, others regionally based on where different species grow. All our standard wood species are North American.
Can I see your tables in person before I purchase?
We do have a limited-number of tables on display in our Burlington offices and offer face-to-face design services by appointment.
Be in touch to schedule a visit.
Can you help me design my table?
We love talking tables. Our talented designers can answer any questions you may have about our tables or walk you through the full design process. Be in touch!
How long will it take to build my table?
Our standard production lead time for custom tables is 6 weeks or less, though we will always do our best to ship as soon as possible. Delivery lead times vary based on location (see “Shipping and Returns How will my table ship?" below for delivery expectations and timing). Need a table sooner? Check out our Ready to Ship Collection.

Can I return a made-to-order (custom) table?
We want you to be completely smitten with your new Vermont Farm Table, but given that we've designed and built this table just for you, we can't take it back if you've changed your mind, don't like the color or style or it doesn't fit. If the mistake is ours, we'll make it right. If you are not completely satisfied with your table, please let us know and we'll work together on a solution.
Can I return a ready-to-ship table?
Yes! If in the first 30 days you decide that your new table isn't right for you, let us know and we'll initiate a return. Table must be in like-new condition.

How do I care for my table?
Solid wood is both particular and forgiving. Here are some tips that will help you keep your table looking great for the long haul.
For everyday care we recommend using a clean, soft cloth and natural cleaner or mild soap and water.Keep your table clean and dry, and wipe up spills promptly. You shouldn't use hard chemicals or abrasives, such as bleach, vinegar, lemon, or other acidic disinfecting solutions, as they will dull and potentially harm the finish overtime. Don’t place hot pans or dishes directly on the surface, or leave damp objects (wet glasses, vases, etc) on the table for long periods.
If something more catastrophic happens to your table, contact us and we’ll help walk you through repair and refinishing options! Your table can almost always be returned to its original finish quality.
