Our standard lead-time is 4-6 weeks for production. Larger volume orders are subject to longer lead-times, up to 10-12 weeks. Shipping lead-times vary by destination, and are estimated at the time of quoting.

Our finish is rated for high-traffic environments, and seals the wood to protect it. There is no required care or upkeep, other than common sense care. It's durable and appropriate for any environment, from restaurants to hotels and more.

Our standard trade discount is 15% off of our retail price, with larger volume projects being custom quoted and having potential for deeper discounts.

Our wood is North-American and sourced from regional partners, many of whom are smaller family owned operations. We use a non-toxic finish from a Vermont company called Vermont Natural Coatings, which is better for the environment and for people than the typical finishes used in the furniture industry.
