Our standard lead-time is 4-6 weeks for production. Larger volume orders are subject to longer lead times. We deliver White Glove and dock-to-dock nationwide and lead times vary based on destination. We will work with specific install dates outside of our lead time when possible, don't hesitate to reach out!
Our finish is rated for high-traffic environments and seals the wood to protect it. There is no required care or upkeep, other than common-sense care. Our wood is North-American and sourced from regional partners, many of whom are smaller, family-owned operations. We use a non-toxic finish from a Vermont company called Vermont Natural Coatings, which is better for the environment and for people than the typical finishes used in the furniture industry.
